A wonderful change from the run-of-the-mill!
Hospitality
abounds in this restored 1833 Mill. You'll find nine beautifully
decorated, country-elegant guest rooms; a common living room and
a breakfast room. In the very private
eight acres at the back of the Inn there are: Sun Room, decks, a gazebo,
and a nature path along the water to the falls and woods. In the
summer months there's a grill for you to use as you picnic.
All
rooms are decorated with antiques and reproductions, and feature
designer linens. They all have private baths, telephone, air
conditioning, hand-held hair dryers, TV-VCR with remote, and many special architectural
features. Many of the rooms contain comfortable, soft, hand-stitched
quilts, crafted by New York Amish, and hand-stenciling in authentic
patterns of the period.

MILL ROOMS: First
floor Guest Rooms
 The
Garbutt - Soft cherry furniture graces this elegant Waverly
corner room with five, deep curtain-swagged windows. This large
room is newly decorated in rich shades of burgundy, gold, green
and beige, with a theme of flowers. Off-white Roman shades compliment this spacious room where you'll find a sitting area, a desk, and a TV-VCR.
The green and white bath has a shower and there's a queen-sized bed.

 The Barcklow - This king suite has cherry furniture with a full wall of bookcases. Through French doors, one steps down into a sitting room that has a sleeper sofa, desk, dresser and TV for the comfort of our guests. Windows surround this room on two walls and provide a gorgeous view of Spring Creek, the mill pond, fountain, and gardens. The private bath has a shower with a separate dressing area. |

DeFazio - Furnished with maple furnishings and hand-stenciled;
decorated with Laura Ashley linens and cream Lace curtains, Oriental
carpet, and wooden floors. The bath has a tub and a shower. There's
a queen-sized bed and a new red-checked love seat that pulls out
into a comfortable innerspring twin bed. Corner room. |

Allen - Furnished with maple furniture, and papered in a blue
& white Waverly pattern with cream bishop-sleeved curtains.
The bath has a shower and a tub; there's one queen-sized bed and
ample storage space. The view is of the back millponds. Corner room
facing the back of the Inn. |

McQueen - The McQueen room is a cozy, quaint room that features a queen-size bed with a solid oak headboard. The bath has a shower and the room faces the back of the property. |

MacNaughton - The MacNaughton is a quaint corner room, which features an antique oak framed double bed, dresser, and a bedside step stool. Hand-stenciled in shades of green, yellow, and rust, the room faces the back of the property, and the bath has a shower. |

gardens. Beautiful rose and black Amish quilt, handcrafted armoire

Skivington - Lovely view of the Millponds beyond. Elegant curtains
and matching bed linens in shades of butterscotch and muted greens
and blues. Your TV-VCR with remote, is hidden in a hand crafted

cream pleated shades give privacy to the large windows. Extra quiet
