Rates are based on double occupancy. Monday through Thursday. Single Business Rates available upon request. All other times, full double rates will be charged for single or double occupancy.
Reservation is by check or credit card at time of reservation.

rates: Your charge card number has been used to confirm your room. Full payment will be charged to your card upon check out unless you make other arrangements. Payment by cash or check is welcomed at check out and needed 2 weeks in advance if you do not guarantee with a credit card. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be billed to your credit card unless we are able to re-book your room.

Policies
Large hotels and motels often overbook to cover late cancellations.
Because we're a small inn, we don't do this. Therefore, we must
have a Policy to ensure you that your room(s) will be ready when
you arrive, and, assure us that your room is sold as well. We
reserve the right to change your room to an equal or better location
without notification. We try not to change rooms, but sometimes
it's necessary for us to do so. We appreciate your understanding
in this matter.

Cancel: Call the Inn to get a cancellation number
at 585.538.2500. No reservation will be considered
canceled without this number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Cash or checks preferred.

3-6pm or by special arrangement if you will be later than 7pm.

Directions
to the Inn (Follow Genesee Country Village
Signs): From The New York State Thruway: Take exit 47, Follow Rte19S to North Rd (Mumford 5 miles sign). Take a left onto North Rd. Follow for 3 miles to the Stop sign. At the stop sign take a right onto Rte 36S. Follow Rte36 for 2 miles into Mumford. At the Flashing light take a right we are two blocks up the road on your right.
From I-390S:Take the Avon Exit #10. Follow Rte 5 into Caledonia. At the circle (where the monument is in the middle of the road) go straight following Rte 36N to the flashing light. At the flashing light take a left onto George St. (to your right is State St). We are two blocks up the road on your right.
From Rochester International Airport & Rochester: Take I-390S from the airport to the next exit Scottsville Rd/Rte 383S. Follow Rte 383S through Scottsville and Garbutt to Rte 36S. Rte 36S takes you into Mumford. At the flashing light take a right we are two blocks up the road on your right.
From I-490: Take the Churchville Exit and make a left. Follow Rte 36S into Mumford. At the flashing light in Mumford take a right. We are two blocks up the road on your right at 948 George St.
