Recommended by Fodors, AAA, MOBIL Travel Guide, Select Registry Country Inns of the USA, we offer hospitality, privacy, and a serene retreat, just 25 minutes from downtown Rochester and 15 minutes from the RIT complex.

This very private historic Country Inn, with 2 ½ foot thick walls, borders 8 acres of Spring Creek where you can take a break, walk to the waterfalls, watch brook trout (private fishing for our guests) or visit the gardens and woods. Meeting cuisine is individually arranged and will accommodate the special preferences and dietary needs of your attendees.

Meeting space is available and menus are designed with the your group in mind:

Suggested menu:
• Meeting Room: Bottomless pots of hot Finger Lakes Roasters coffee, tea and ice water all day.
• Full Breakfast: All freshly prepared: juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, muffins, egg dish of the day, bacon or sausage, panckaes, our specialty cider sauce, butter, and homemade preserves.
• Afternoon Meeting Breaks: Beverage & cookies, fruit & cheese. Beverage choices: assorted sodas and iced tea, as well as hot coffee and tea.
• Buffet Luncheon: Meat tray with ham, roast beef and turkey breast, tuna salad, tossed, spring mix salad, hot entree of the day. Relish tray, rolls, home baked dessert and beverages also included.

A list of attendees (in case of phone messages) and a general time schedule is requested ahead. If you are tax exempt, please bring a certificate with you. Food gratuity of 20% will be added. A detailed billing will be given to you based on the scheduled number of attendees. Payment may be made at the end of your meeting. Cancelations are accepted upon 30 day notice for room reservations and 14 days notice for conference facilities. Local telephones are available for your use. Higth speed wireless and fax availability on the property. Plenty of off street parking is also available.

Our overnight accommodations, include 10 rooms, each with private baths, TV, queen bedrooms and fireplaces in the garden rooms.

The conference business rate is $120.00 per night in the 5 Old Mill Rooms, and $145.00 per night in the Garden and 1st floor suites single occupancy. An 8% New York State Tax, 6% Monroe County Hotel Tax and 10% gratuity are added to the room rate.

Our lovely area boasts both casual and fine dining restaurants in the immediate area. We are happy to arrange dinner reservations or a catered event by one of our catering partners at our facility. Catered menus are available beginning at $25.00/person. Inquire for details of menu offerings.

We are also happy to work with you to arrange team building or relaxation optional packages. We have a licensed massage therapist and a cosmetologist for facials and manicures available upon advance reservation. Fly Fishing instruction is also available upon advance reservation
